  • Builds and maintains strong partnerships with clients and extended teams.
  • Responds to client requests and makes agency recommendations.
  • Engages in meaningful discussions with clients and partners to take actions to improve the business.
  • Develops a deep understanding of the category/industry and the brand/products to become a trusted resource in internal and client conversations.
  • Manages multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring strategy and creative integrity is carried through execution.
  • Leads the team on all aspects of project execution.
  • Works closely with Strategy, Creative and Broadcast/Digital Production to create a plan for managing projects and strives for flawless execution.
  • Supports planners and creative teams with what's needed to develop and nurture ideas throughout the process.
  • Persuasively communicates the agency perspective and protects ideas throughout execution.
