Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Optimization Specialist to drive growth and conversions across our digital channels.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end strategies to identify areas of improvement, design structured experiments, and develop a robust CRO process.
  • Organize and visualize website data to analyze friction points and create hypothesis-driven designs for A/B testing and other experiment strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute experiments, including design, development, and content.
  • Monitor, document, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to stakeholders, recommending improvements and iterating tests based on data.
  • Establish and maintain a clear backlog and define the optimization roadmap that will impact conversions, user engagement, and other KPIs.
  • Align stakeholders on root issues and opportunities based on data-backed evidence.
  • Troubleshoot existing issues with analytics and optimization set-ups, presenting results internally through high-quality documentation.

The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing teams, focusing on conversion optimization and growth marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Running and analyzing A/B, split, and multivariate tests end-to-end.
  • Understanding conversion copywriting, user experience, and web design principles.
  • Proficiency in data and customer analytics principles and tools, including Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, MixPanel, and data visualization tools like Google Looker Studio.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional technical teams on website tracking and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent oral/written communication and collaboration skills.
