Digital Marketing Specialist

A leading company seeks a skilled digital marketing professional to join their team as an Adobe Target Developer. As an experienced specialist, you will be responsible for delivering and improving the end-customer experience across digital channels leveraging the Adobe Target platform.
This is a great opportunity for those with hands-on experience in Adobe Target and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud solution and framework, as well as expertise in creating personalized experiences using Adobe Target.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop reports and dashboards to meet client needs in Adobe Analytics and Target.
- Advise on testing protocols and practices to ensure testing needs are met.
- Design and implement A/B, multivariate, and experimentation testing strategies.
- Lead the development of recommendations activities and automated personalization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Target with sites and analytics tools.
Requirements:
- 4-9 years of hands-on consulting and implementation experience with Adobe Target.
- Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding/exposure to cross-product integration (i.e., Target – Campaign, Target – AAM).
- Experience with agile methodologies: Scrum.
- Mobile tagging experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Data visualization experience: workspace, report builder, PowerBi, and Tableau.
- Optimizely experience & Google analytics.
