
Digital Customer Experience Expert

This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can develop expertise in customer success strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive long-term value for clients.
About the Role:In this position, you will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, provide end-to-end support during onboarding and post-go-live, and resolve issues promptly. You will also partner with cross-functional team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop expertise in our suite of products to aid customers in maximizing their digital experience.
- Provide proactive support to customers during onboarding and post-go-live, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager and Technical Account Manager to understand customer requirements and deliver viable solutions or alternatives.
- Work closely with the Customer Service and Product & Engineering (P&E) teams to resolve issues promptly, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
- Build lasting relationships by engaging with customers, exceeding expectations, and taking extra measures to ensure satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in customer success or relationship management, preferably within the SaaS space.
- A Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational qualification (engineering degrees preferred).
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other related platforms.
- The ability to quickly learn new products, tools, and technologies and share that knowledge effectively with customers.
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, ideally in a role involving digital transformation or technology implementation.
- A basic understanding of API integration is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments where adaptability is key.
