Senior CCM Operations Manager

This role involves overseeing a team of professionals responsible for delivering high-quality customer communication management (CCM) services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing teams, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to align business goals and objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members to help them grow professionally

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior position, preferably in the CCM industry
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as economics or finance

Technical Qualities:

  • Knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and security requirements
  • Ability to apply a high level of accuracy and quality assurance to all work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and success
  • Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures
  • Review and revise contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company standards

Qualifications:
