Leader of Indian CCM Operations

Our organization is seeking a skilled CCM Development Manager to lead our Indian team based in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direction, obtaining support, and enabling migration from legacy systems.
The individual will oversee the Quadient environments, manage day-to-day service delivery, implement new projects, and develop ad-hoc requests. Key responsibilities include training and mentoring employees, conducting appraisals, and managing performance.
Additionally, the role involves coordinating with business stakeholders, end clients, and other teams to ensure project goals are met. Flexibility and ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CCM Development teams in Pune
- Train and mentor employees
- Conduct appraisals and manage performance
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and end clients
- Undertake compliance with ISMS policies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in Jira systems, CRM systems, and briefing documents
- Knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and security requirements
- Ability to apply high levels of accuracy and quality assurance
- Collaboration with senior management, employees, contractors, and local teams
- Review of contracts and legal documents
