Academic Operations Expertise

As a key member of our academic operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of curriculum across the CCBP 4.0 program.

This includes overseeing efficient implementation, developing operational processes, and implementing quality control measures to maintain high standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Curriculum customization and alignment with industry requirements
  • Credit and course negotiation to enhance student outcomes
  • Regulatory compliance to ensure academic excellence
  • Academic approvals coordination for timely curriculum updates
  • Partnership management to foster collaborative relationships
  • Compliance reporting to inform strategic decisions
  • Feedback integration to drive continuous improvement
  • Operational support in strategic consultation to optimize processes

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in operations management, preferably in education or EdTech.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent organizational abilities, and attention to detail.

They should also be able to work cross-functionally, manage multiple stakeholders, and demonstrate a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
