Role Overview :

The Educational Outreach team seeks a dynamic Program Coordinator to support the design and execution of high-impact educational programs, workshops, and outreach initiatives.

This role combines program management, stakeholder engagement, operations, and content coordination, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with faculty, industry partners, and academic institutions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for education to help scale IIT Bombay's outreach mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and delivering workshops, certification programs, and outreach events.
  • Liaise with internal departments, faculty members, and external stakeholders (academic institutions, government bodies, corporate partners).
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
  • Maintain databases, generate reports, and ensure documentation and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Education, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • 2+ years' experience in program/project management (education/outreach preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office, and LMS/project management tools.
