We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Climate Innovation Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Job Description

Sustainably driving innovation is at the forefront of our organization, and we need a skilled Analyst to support our investment team in identifying and evaluating opportunities.

  • Assist in conducting market research and preliminary outreach to source potential investment opportunities.
  • Support the team in financial analysis, market validation, and data collection for potential deals.
  • Help prepare investment memos, presentations, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in tracking performance and impact metrics and conducting basic analyses for portfolio companies.
  • Conduct sectoral research to inform investment theses and track trends in climate tech and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities: Sourcing, Due Diligence, Investment Process, Portfolio Support, Market Intelligence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, finance, or related fields from a reputable institution.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, or startup roles; climate-focused experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills specific to early-stage investments.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Prioritizing passion for climate innovation and sustainability.
