We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in international contract management and arbitration. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of operational risk mitigation strategies, commercial law, and negotiation techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex international arbitration proceedings to ensure compliance with global legal standards and corporate interests.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate high-value commercial contracts to guarantee enforceability and compliance.
  • Review and manage contractual documents from a legal perspective, ensuring alignment with global business operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies for risk mitigation and cost reduction in operational disputes and vessel claims.
  • Negotiate contractual agreements with clients, vendors, and third parties to ensure legal safeguards.
  • Oversee litigation matters, collaborate with internal teams, and represent the company in legal forums to resolve disputes efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a reputable institution.
  • A minimum 12–15 years of post-qualification experience in a large manufacturing company would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of international arbitration, maritime law, and commercial regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and mitigate legal risks in a dynamic business environment.
