Business Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for capturing client requirements, analyzing those, documenting, configuring, testing, implementing, and training customers for the business solution.

The ideal candidate will have a logical and analytical mind, ability to work independently or in groups, have good verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate in precise manner, a quick learner, with high energy to work in the fast-paced and fast-growing organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Help analyze client data for data loading, verify and test application functionality with client data
  • Capture and understand Client Requirements, analyze and map to product solution
  • Document requirements that may require further configurations
  • Client communication on meeting agendas, meeting minutes, system demos, and client inquiries
  • Take client calls on issues and inquiries and be able to navigate to closure
  • Test the system functionality, report issues, and drive to completion
  • Coordinate and collaborate with client and cross-functional / cross-regional teams

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using implementation and delivery services software and tools, experience in software product implementation, and knowledge of SQL and complex Excel functions
