About this Opportunity:

This is an ideal role for someone with hands-on experience in delivering tailored solutions to clients using Business Central who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex business challenges with technology.

Client Engagement & Solution Delivery:

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes, pain points, and goals
  • Translate business requirements into bespoke Business Central solutions
  • Develop detailed specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution architecture

Implementation & Execution:

  • Manage full-cycle Business Central implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and support
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client objectives
  • Provide post-implementation consulting and optimization services

Pre-Sales & Advisory Services:

  • Support pre-sales efforts by participating in demos, scoping sessions, and proposal development
  • Advise clients on best practices, industry trends, and Business Central capabilities

Collaboration & Support:

  • Work closely with developers, project managers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide expert guidance on Business Central functionality

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV), including full-cycle implementations
  • Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Strong understanding of Business Central modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements
