Customer Service Representative Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions using our property management system (PMS).
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution for guests.
  • Handle guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring efficient room allocation and key distribution.
