Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of PR, Brand & Communications Lead. This individual will be responsible for shaping how our company is perceived by media, industry stakeholders, regulators, merchants, and consumers.

This role combines strategic narrative-building with hands-on execution—working closely with internal teams to amplify our voice across traditional and digital channels.

The successful candidate will lead external communication through earned media, thought leadership, branded IPs, sponsorships, and online reputation management.

About the Role
  • Develop and lead our corporate communication and brand positioning strategy for the Indian market
  • Define and maintain a consistent brand identity, voice, and messaging framework across all touchpoints
  • Drive reputation management efforts with a balance of storytelling, credibility, and compliance

Requirements
  • 8–12 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or brand management, preferably in fintech, BFSI, payments, or regulated industries
  • Strong experience in media relations, reputation strategy, and stakeholder storytelling
  • Familiar with handling CXO visibility and founder-led narratives
  • Hands-on with ORM tools, sentiment tracking, and digital listening
  • Proven experience launching branded content/IPs or sponsorship-led marketing initiatives
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and agency leadership skills
  • India-focused comms experience across metros, Tier 2/3 markets, and digital-first communities
