About the Role:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growth team. This role requires excellent digital marketing skills and the ability to think creatively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing high-performing ads and their measurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Meta Ads & Google ads for performance marketing
  • Create, execute, and optimize campaigns end-to-end on various channels to maximize Return On Ad Spend
  • Innovate and come up with new campaign ideas to share with the team
  • Work with design and content teams to develop best-in-class marketing campaigns optimized for new user acquisition & conversion
  • Collaborate with team leads to create & drive strategy with the right prioritization of initiatives
  • Track and measure campaign level, ad-set level, and ad level performance and come up with actionable insights
  • Drive and track KPIs like revenue, conversions, Cost Per Acquisition, etc. on a daily basis and prepare performance reports
  • Acquire insights in online marketing trends in the industry and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign production schedules and notify stakeholders of relevant outcomes

Requirements:

  • Previous experience running Google and Facebook ads extensively
  • Managed marketing budgets to the tune of 30 lakhs or more
  • At least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing
  • Experience running ads on lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based audiences
