Identity Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Management Specialist to join our team. As an experienced professional in IBM ISIM and TDI support, you will be responsible for providing operational support for these systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to their environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance for the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IBM ISIM and TDI systems.
  • Analyze and resolve complex problems with these systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
  • Work closely with development teams to identify and implement improvements to the identity management systems.
  • Support integration with various systems and applications, ensuring secure and efficient flow of identity data.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and recommend appropriate identity management solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • 5-6 years of experience working with IBM ISIM and TDI.
  • Hands-on experience with configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining these systems.
  • Strong understanding of identity management concepts, including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and governance.
  • Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services.
  • Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST) and integration protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
