Role & responsibilities

  • Network Management Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
  • Security Enforcement Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect the network from threats.
  • Team Coordination Lead and guide the IT/network team, assign tasks, and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Troubleshooting & Support Diagnose and resolve network issues to maintain uptime and performance.
  • Documentation & Compliance Maintain network documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and policies.

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in network administration, with a strong background in managing and securing enterprise-level networks. They should possess expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. A deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices, network protocols, and cloud networking is essential. Leadership experience in guiding a team, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are highly preferred. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent would be an added advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are key to excelling in this role.
