Job Title: Visa Counselor

We are seeking a skilled Visa Counselor to join our team in Ahmedabad. As a Visa Counselor, you will play a critical role in assisting clients with visa applications for study abroad, permanent residency and visitor & family visas.

About the Role

This is a full-time position located on-site in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients on visa applications, assessing their eligibility, and preparing them for language proficiency tests.

The day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, assisting with documentation, and handling client inquiries. You will also provide personalized support throughout the visa process, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on visa applications
  • Assess client eligibility for visa applications
  • Prepare clients for language proficiency tests
  • Handle client inquiries and provide personalized support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. immigration law, international relations)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration consulting or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of visa processes for study abroad, permanent residency, and visitor & family visas
  • Excellent consultation and client assessment skills
  • Expertise in documentation and visa application preparation
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
