About the Role

PhysicsWallah's AcadFly Division is dedicated to guiding aspiring doctors in pursuing MBBS abroad from top international destinations such as Russia and Kazakhstan. We provide end-to-end support – from counselling and admissions to visa processing and post-arrival assistance.

We are looking for a Senior Associate – MBBS Counselling (Overseas Education) who can engage with students and parents, manage end-to-end admissions, and ensure a smooth journey for students aiming to study medicine abroad.

Key Responsibilities
  • Student Engagement & Counseling: Reach out to prospective students via phone, email, and in-person sessions; Provide detailed guidance on MBBS programs, universities, and destinations; Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student goals.
  • Application Management: Assist students with applications, documentation, and submissions; Coordinate with foreign universities to ensure smooth processing; Keep students updated on application status and additional requirements.
  • Post-Registration Support: Guide students through visa applications and document preparation; Conduct pre-departure orientations for students and families; Resolve last-mile queries before departure.
  • Post-Flying Support: Provide check-ins and settlement guidance once students reach abroad; Act as a liaison between students and universities; Offer continued assistance for academic and cultural adaptation.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain student records, metrics, and reports; Collaborate with internal teams to improve the student journey.
About You
  • Mandatory: Prior experience in Overseas Education / MBBS Counselling.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Empathy and a student-first approach.
  • Knowledge of overseas medical education systems is preferred.
