Customer Support Expert

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Expert to provide exceptional support to customers who report issues with their vehicles. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely resolution of customer problems and maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact customers who report issues with their vehicles and provide accurate information and solutions regarding warranty coverage, claims, and service processes.
  • Coordinate with service centers, mechanics, or technical teams to ensure effective problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Raise and track warranty claims, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Offer first-level technical troubleshooting guidance based on customer feedback.
  • Follow up with customers until the issue is resolved and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain records of all interactions, complaints, issues, and solutions using CRM tools.
  • Evaluate complex cases and escalate them to higher technical support or warranty teams when necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • A minimum graduate degree in any stream; candidates with an automotive or technical background are preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support, automotive services, or warranty handling.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English languages; other regional languages are a plus.
  • Basic understanding of vehicle systems or prior experience in an auto-related role is an advantage.
