Instructional Design Expert

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Design Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining technical curriculum and courses for internal employees, external partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality instructional materials that meet the needs of diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Develop and implement assessments and evaluations to measure learner performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in instructional design within a corporate setting.
  • Expertise in technical writing, content development and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience with authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Storyline and Articulate.
  • Knowledge of course development software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
