Job Description

The HR Executive plays a vital role in the company by overseeing various human resources functions. This includes planning strategies, implementing HR changes, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

  • Accountabilities:
  • Work closely with the HR Manager to plan and implement HR strategies.
  • Oversee the recruitment process from screening CVs to scheduling interviews and managing staff requests.
  • Coordinate induction processes for new employees, including employee life cycle implementation.
  • Manage HR activities such as NATS & NAPS (GET & Apprentice Management).
  • Maintain payroll software and data related to all HR activities.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and statutory policies by maintaining records with government agencies.
  • Foster a positive work environment by creating employee engagement initiatives that reinforce desired culture and behaviors.
  • Transportation and vehicle management.
  • Review and process HR-related invoices.
  • Coordinate with Front Desk Executive for visitor management and canteen facility management.
  • Oversee security, labour contracts, and housekeeping services.
  • Manage employee mediclaim, life insurance details, and updates.

  • People-oriented and results-driven approach.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
