Relevant Experience: 5-6 years in Human Resources Manager
We are looking for an HR learning and development professional to identify the training and development needs of our company and create effective training programs that will stimulate learning, fast-track our employees professional development, and improve their productivity.
Job Responsibilities:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant project operations team with the underlying KRA:
- Identify training and development needs of all the departments within the company.
- Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results.
- Track and assess the progress of trainees and provide reports to senior management.
- Research the latest HR technologies and training software.
- Answer employee questions and inquiries related to training and development programs and resolve any training-related issues if they arise.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment processes through various job portals.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues
- Maintain a database (MIS) of all the employees' information and ensure they are up to date and secure.
- Promote and develop Employee Engagement programs to nurture a positive working environment.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefit programs
- Access training needs to apply and monitor training programs
