Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to oversee the administration and optimization of our CRM system. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of transforming the debt collection industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer, customize, and optimize our CRM system to support sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Create data-driven workflows, automations, and reports to enhance team productivity and performance.
  • Maintain data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity within the system.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into pipeline, performance, and retention metrics.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of CRM administration/management experience, preferably with HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • A deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a software-as-a-service environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data and details.
  • Ability to effectively manage integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
  • Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to coach and develop team members.
