Job Title: IT System Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an IT System Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, hardware, tools, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor system health and performance across development and production environments
  • Troubleshoot issues (local and remote) across OS, software, network, and cloud systems
  • Configure machines, access controls, and user permissions for new and existing team members
  • Support secure practices such as system hardening, OS patching, and routine compliance audits

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in TechOps, IT Support, Infrastructure, or DevOps assistance
  • Hands-on experience with Linux/macOS systems, basic networking, and cloud services (AWS/GCP)
  • Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools and remote access tools
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools, Git, basic scripting, or task automation
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills
