About This Role:
The IAM Security Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing identity and access management initiatives. They will administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure authorized users have the right access to company systems, data, and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement, and manage identity and access management projects.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Monitor activity logs to identify security incidents.
• Work with the regional IAM team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain training materials related to identity and access management.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and trends.
• Manage user identity lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and periodic reviews.
