A highly skilled technical professional is required to provide level 1 and 2 support for on-prem and cloud applications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Resolution of application and system issues (L1 & L2)
- Monitoring application performance and alerts
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues or escalating as required
- Supporting production deployments, patching, and configuration changes
- Developing and maintaining system documentation and dashboards
- Collaborating with development, operations, and business teams
- Following incident, change, and problem management practices
- Participating in shift-based or on-call support rotation
- Linux/Unix
- Windows

- Shell scripting

- CI/CD

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix, Windows, SQL, Shell scripting, and monitoring tools
