About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Resonacle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand our existing client base within the Pharma and Chemical industries.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitive strategies that can help us stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor recruitment solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients.
  • Create impactful presentations and proposals that showcase our expertise and value proposition.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure accurate reporting of activities to track progress towards targets.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in business development in any industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • An enthusiastic and proactive approach to building a career in client acquisition for recruitment services.
