This is an opportunity to join a team of innovators who are shaping the future of enterprise-scale automation. You will be working on developing Digital Twin AI Employees using Large Language Models, Sequence-to-Sequence Models, and custom orchestration logic.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing agentic AI systems with stateful reasoning, memory, and orchestration.
  • Developing Digital Twin AI Employees (e.g., Finance CXO, Sales Lead) using LLMs, SLMs, and custom orchestration logic.
  • Integrating AI agents with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, WhatsApp, Accounting APIs, Voice Platforms).
  • Building plug-and-play AI templates for cross-industry use cases (hospitality, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics).
  • Optimizing for scalability: retries, fail-safes, state persistence, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborating with product designers and developers to bring enterprise-ready AI infrastructure to life.

You will have the opportunity to work with a range of technologies including:

  • Machine Learning and Deep Learning (esp. time-series & sequential modeling).
  • Large Language Models, Sequence-to-Sequence Models, or hybrid architectures for reasoning + prediction.
  • Probabilistic modeling (Bayesian methods, Monte Carlo, Markov Decision Processes).
  • Time-series forecasting (ARIMA, Prophet, RNN/LSTM/GRU, Transformer-based models).
  • Anomaly detection techniques to capture unexpected signals.
  • Multisignal fusion (internal + external data streams).
  • Causal inference & correlation vs. causation for accurate event detection.
