You will play a critical role in designing and deploying solutions that drive real-world impact—like tailoring communications, improving engagement, and reducing missed appointments.

This includes developing scalable, high-performance backend applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL. You will also build and maintain APIs and microservices that enable real-time and batch inference of AI/ML models.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—ML engineers, software developers, product managers, and DevOps—to deliver end-to-end AI-powered features.
  • Contribute to MLOps workflows, including deployment, versioning, and monitoring of models in production.
About the Role

As a Staff AI Engineer, you have:

  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • 3+ years of backend development with TypeScript and Node.js
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience deploying AI/ML models (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenAI, or similar frameworks)
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and experience using PostgreSQL or MySQL
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Exposure to MLOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, or Airflow
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
