Job Title: Vice Principal For

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice Principal to join our team at a reputable CBSE school in Kanpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the school's academic programs, ensuring high-quality education, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the school's academic programs, ensuring alignment with CBSE standards and curriculum.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies to improve student outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the school's academic performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Develop and manage the school's budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial management.
  • Represent the school at local and national levels, promoting its values and mission.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10-20 years of teaching experience, preferably in a reputable CBSE school.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience as a Vice Principal or HOD.
  • Prior experience as a PGT Teacher for the Senior wing is preferred.
  • Experience in the CBSE affiliation process and procedure is an added advantage.
  • Flair knowledge of designing and developing international curriculum to meet the school's program needs.
  • Experience in heading school clubs, such as Science club, English club, and Information Technology club.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff and students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
