Job Overview


In the role of an Agricultural Field Specialist, you will drive the complete operations of Smart Barley for allocated procurement centers. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in identifying opportunities to optimize performance and contribute to the growth of our agricultural projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 5 technical visits per month to document farmer feedback at various stages.
  • Record crop performance and provide regular updates to Field Agronomists and Senior Manager Ag Development.
  • E nsure farmers adhere to crop protocols and maintain records as evidence.
  • Generate reports and database files for Field Agronomists and share insights regularly.
  • Lead special projects in the region to drive growth and adoption.
  • Develop and retain existing farmers through targeted initiatives.
  • Prepare procurement centers for smooth logistics flow and commodity tracking.
  • Train farmers on quality adoption and track progress to ensure best practices.
