Lead Agriculture Specialist

Job Overview:

At the forefront of agricultural innovation, we seek a seasoned Lead Agriculture Specialist to spearhead our Agri TIC Vertical.

  • Experience: 10–15 years in senior roles such as Agriculture Lab In-Charge, Commercial Business Manager, or Head – Agriculture Division
  • Education: Degree with specialization in Agriculture or related fields
  • Proven track record in establishing and operating agriculture labs
  • Deep understanding of regulatory compliance and certifications
  • Results-driven professional with exceptional client relationship and business development skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans for the Agri TIC Vertical, driving growth and efficiency

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agriculture lab operations with commercial business objectives

• Foster strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for collaboration and expansion

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory environments to inform business decisions

• Oversee the implementation of quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards
