Corporate Secretarial Expert

An experienced Corporate Secretarial Expert is required to oversee end-to-end corporate secretarial activities for a portfolio of clients. This includes ensuring timely and accurate compliance with various regulations and overseeing the work of junior team members.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage corporate secretarial activities, including compliance with Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, FEMA Regulations, NBFC Regulations, and SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
  2. Take ownership of client management, providing strategic guidance and overseeing junior team members.
  3. Implement and improve internal compliance systems to enhance execution and service delivery.
  4. Liaise with regulatory authorities, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
  5. Review documents prepared by the team in terms of board resolutions, minutes, and regulatory filings.
