The successful candidate will possess a strong knowledge base in corporate law, contracts, and compliance. They will have excellent drafting and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing legal agreements and contracts.
  • Support senior legal team members in handling regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Conduct research and prepare case summaries and legal notes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all legal files and agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Prepare responses to notices, queries, or legal correspondence.

Requirements:

  • LLB degree with specialization in Corporate Law
  • 1-2 years of legal experience in corporate law, contracts, or compliance

Skillset:

  • Strong understanding of retail laws, intellectual property, commercial contracts, real estate, labor laws, and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
