About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Nutrition Sales Specialist to join our team and contribute to the growth of our nutrition products in your territory.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Increase awareness among healthcare professionals about the importance of nutrition in improving quality of life and the superiority of our products compared to competitors.
  • New Business Growth: Gain new customers and expand existing relationships through a multi-channel customer engagement strategy that builds trust and loyalty to our brand.
  • Market Analysis: Understand market trends, category opportunities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for market share growth at the customer/account level.
  • Clinical Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge about medical and nutritional science, emerging digital trends, and the evolving healthcare landscape to support selling and educating healthcare professionals about our products.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and execute multichannel customer engagement plans that generate demand for our brand and grow recommendation and market share.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals throughout the customer account, at different levels of responsibility and influence.
  • Product Knowledge: Secure commitment to recommend our products as the preferred choice by increasing healthcare professional knowledge about the role and importance of nutrition on patient quality of life and our products' ability to increase quality nutrition through consultative selling dialogues.
  • Value Proposition: Define and deliver a unique value proposition from the healthcare professional's perspective, continuously uncovering their needs and priorities using multi-channel touchpoints and engagement activities.
  • Sales Effectiveness: Deliver a consultative sales call from the healthcare professional's (and their patients') perspective to expand their knowledge of nutritional interventions and measurable benefits of our products, anticipate and manage objections, and gain clear commitment to recommending our products and other brand-building activities.
  • Customer Segmentation: Establish target customers and develop clear customer plans to achieve coverage, frequency, and call rate objectives.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use data and insights from digital and other omnichannel activities to refine healthcare professional profiles and choose engagement activities that fit their needs, preferences, and goals.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate Degree: Any field
  • Minimum Work Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in the pharma/nutrition industry
  • Excellent Product Knowledge: Ability to translate product knowledge into effective in-clinic performance
  • Nutrition Science Understanding: Good understanding of nutrition science
  • Relationship Building Skills: Ability to establish connections and develop contacts and relationships with ease
  • Team Player: Good team player who collaborates where possible
