Job Title: Senior Nutrition Sales Executive
">Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated sales professional to contribute to the growth of our nutrition products in their assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing awareness among healthcare professionals on the importance of nutrition in improving quality of life and the superiority of our products to competitor brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand market trends and opportunities within the territory to identify potential for market share growth at the customer/account level.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical and nutritional science, the evolving healthcare landscape, and emerging digital trends to support selling and educating healthcare professionals about our products.
- Develop and execute multichannel customer engagement plans that generate demand for our brand products and grow recommendation and market share.
- Leverage information about customer segmentation, type, and behaviors to inform customer engagement and account management strategies.
- Establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals throughout the customer account, at different levels of responsibility and influence, using existing relationships to expand the customer network.
- Secure commitment to recommend our products as the brand of choice by increasing healthcare professional knowledge about the role and importance of nutrition on patient quality of life at key points throughout the patient care journey.
- Define and deliver unique value propositions from the healthcare professional's perspective, continuously uncovering their needs and priorities using multichannel touchpoints and engagement activities.
- Effectively deliver consultative sales calls from the healthcare professional's perspective, expanding their knowledge of nutritional interventions and measurable benefits of our products, anticipating and managing objections, and gaining clear commitment to recommending our products.
- Establish target customers and develop clear customer plans to achieve coverage, frequency, and call rate objectives.
- Implement customer segmentation, identify new leads/customers, and ensure timely reporting of daily activities as per standard operating procedures.
- Use data and insights from digital and other omnichannel activities to refine healthcare professional profiles and choose engagement activities that fit their needs, preferences, and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support patient education regarding nutrition and our brands, influence customer and patient choice of nutrition products, and deliver a consistent end-to-end customer engagement experience.
- Measure progress against customer and account objectives, per the account plan, and take action to ensure targets and KPIs are met as assigned by the sales manager.
- Act in alignment with compliance and regulatory expectations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate in any field.
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the pharma/nutrition industry is preferred.
- Ability to establish connections and develop contacts/relationships with ease.
- Good understanding of nutrition science.
- Excellent product knowledge and ability to translate it into effective in-clinic performance.
