Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Data Science and AI professional to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, leveraging data-driven insights and AI/ML solutions to drive informed decision-making and deliver tangible value.

You will be responsible for translating complex business needs into actionable machine learning problem statements and solution workflows, particularly in financial services domains such as marketing, risk management, compliance, and customer lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, leveraging data-driven insights and AI/ML solutions to drive informed decision-making and deliver tangible value.
  • Translate complex business needs into actionable machine learning problem statements and solution workflows, particularly in financial services domains such as marketing, risk management, compliance, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Apply advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to solve business problems: conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model development to uncover insights and predict outcomes.
  • Develop and deploy scalable ML models, including supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms and performance optimization, using tools like Python, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Design and implement cloud-native ML pipelines and APIs that enable seamless collaboration across teams and environments, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both internal and external stakeholders, utilizing data-driven storytelling to convey the value of our services and solutions.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in AI, ML modelling, and data engineering best practices, integrating them into project work to drive innovation and excellence.
