Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Innovator and Strategist

As a visionary Chief Technology Officer, you will drive our technical strategy and innovation across various domains.

  • Build, lead, and mentor engineering teams across multiple locations.
  • Establish technical standards, best practices, and development methodologies.
  • Participate in code reviews and occasionally contribute to critical development efforts.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to align technology capabilities with market needs.
  • Represent the company's technical vision to clients, partners, and industry forums.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in software development and engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience with telephony systems and infrastructure.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI technologies, including conversational and generative AI.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams.
  • Track record of successful product launches and technology implementations.
