Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team in driving operational efficiency and excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively manage initiatives.


Responsibilities include:

  • Developing expertise in various financial offerings and workflows;
  • Supporting client queries and becoming an SME in end-to-end services operations;
  • Partnering with regional and global teams to effectively manage initiatives;
  • Driving operational efficiency and consistency across global teams;
  • Leading projects that adhere to standards and continuous operations improvements;
  • Acting as a point of contact during shifts and being resourceful to support the team and stakeholders;
  • Leading a team of minimum 7 members.


Eligibility Criteria

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Postgraduate in MBA-Finance with 3-5 years of relevant experience;
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Experience in building effective business relationships with cross-functional/geographical teams;
  • Familiarity of Fixed Income products (Rates, Bonds, Credit, Foreign Exchange, Commodities);
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization;
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid model.
