Requirements

To be successful as the Director of Operational Excellence, you should have:

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, a strategic mindset, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and Team Management skills.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of approximately ₹12,00,000 per annum, reflecting the local market conditions and the candidate's qualifications and experience. This figure is based on industry standards for similar roles in the region.
