Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Manager to oversee our organization's regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing compliance functions in allied industries and a strong understanding of SEBI AIF & PMS Regulations.

The successful applicant will be responsible for monitoring ongoing compliance, preparing and submitting required filings, reports, and disclosures to relevant authorities. They will also coordinate with internal departments, service providers, and external parties to ensure seamless compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with regulators and coordinating with internal teams
  • Monitoring ongoing and event-based submissions with RBI and Income Tax
  • Reviewing and preparing Private Placement Memorandum and amendments
  • Coordinating with various service providers and vendors for compliance-related matters
  • Interacting with auditors and other external parties for regulatory requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Law is preferred
  • NISM Series-III-A: Securities Intermediaries Compliance (Non-Fund) Certification Examination will be an added advantage
