Lead Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our company's activities are in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Job Description:The Compliance Officer will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Managing regulatory compliance of listed entities;
- Liaising with regulatory bodies such as SEBI, IFSCA, Income Tax Department, and other relevant authorities;
- Co-ordinating with portfolio companies to ensure compliance with Companies Act and other quarterly and annual compliances;
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, hands-on experience in managing regulatory compliance of listed entities, and a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 3-5 years of experience in Fund industry preferably or from any financial sector player or listed entity;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Hands-on experience in managing regulatory compliance of listed entities;
- Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations;
