High Impact Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of urban logistics.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you will be responsible for building core systems from scratch, shaping architecture decisions, and moving fast from pilot to scale. You will work across the stack, including backend, infra, and app integrations, and influence technical culture, standards, and early team-building.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience building and shipping backend systems, with a strong grasp of distributed systems, microservices, and API design. Experience with AWS stack, DevOps, and geospatial systems is a plus.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Core Systems Development: Own and build services like Orchestrator, droneAI APIs, and rider ops tooling.
  • Infra & DevOps: Deploy and manage AWS infra (RDS, Redis, OSRM servers, ECS/Fargate, VPCs, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Ai/ml Integration: Productionize demand prediction, rider assignment, and fleet balancing models.
  • 0 → 1 Execution: Translate architecture into production code, keeping things simple and reliable.
  • Ownership & Leadership: Define best practices, review code, and grow into a leadership role as the team scales.
