Job Title: Senior Backend Software Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Backend Software Engineer to lead our API development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable APIs that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of API developers and engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Design and develop robust backend systems using Golang and MongoDB, ensuring efficient data management and retrieval.
  • Implement and manage Agile processes within the team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with product managers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the API strategy aligns with business goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in API development with expertise in Golang and MongoDB.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful and GraphQL API design principles.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
