Expert Role in Quick Commerce

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an expert in quick commerce. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the evolving world of quick commerce and how consumer brands can thrive across platforms.

The role involves acting as the in-house expert on Q-commerce platforms, advising clients on platform-specific strategy, positioning, assortment, and promotional plans. You will work closely with content, design, and media teams to craft optimized listings, promo creatives, and campaign plans.

You will analyze platform data, sales metrics, and consumer behavior to inform strategy and drive ROI. Additionally, you will build scalable frameworks, playbooks, and processes for Q-commerce excellence across client portfolios.

Liaising with platform partners and staying ahead of updates, tools, and trends is also a key responsibility. Furthermore, you will support new business pitches and Q-commerce-focused growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the in-house expert on Q-commerce platforms.
  • Advise clients on platform-specific strategy, positioning, assortment, and promotional plans.
  • Analyze platform data, sales metrics, and consumer behavior.
  • Build scalable frameworks, playbooks, and processes for Q-commerce excellence.
  • Liaise with platform partners and stay ahead of updates, tools, and trends.
Requirements:
  • 10-12 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, brand/retail strategy, or shopper marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on exposure to quick commerce platforms or online marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of how FMCG/CPG brands operate in the rapid-delivery space.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data into strategic insights.
  • Strong collaboration skills - able to work cross-functionally with creative, media, and account teams.
  • Excellent communication and client advisory skills.
  • Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
