Technical Product Owner & Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner and Scrum Master to lead our Agile delivery, Azure DevOps governance, and Monday.com platform management. This hybrid role blends Scrum Master responsibilities with technical product ownership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Maintain and track sprint artifacts, velocity metrics, and backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Approve and manage Azure DevOps access, maintain security, compliance, and role governance
  • Oversee sustainment and enhancement of Monday.com platform integrations, custom boards, and automations
  • Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks and work closely with developers
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, provide technical support, and maintain documentation (runbooks, knowledge articles)
  • Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to manage priorities and expectations
  • Ensure continuous improvement in Agile practices, platform governance, and delivery efficiency
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Monday.com platforms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
