We're looking for a Lead Software Delivery Manager (LSDM) to drive complex software initiatives from planning to execution. The ideal candidate combines delivery management expertise with technical depth to collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale, technical programs across multiple engineering teams.
  2. Translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables and execution plans.
  3. Partner with engineering leads to define scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  4. Identify risks, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers proactively.
  5. Drive alignment across product, design, QA, and infrastructure teams.
  6. Establish and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and progress tracking.
  7. Ensure engineering excellence, scalability, and quality in deliverables.
  8. Communicate status updates, risks, and trade-offs effectively to leadership and stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or related role.
  2. Strong technical foundation in software engineering (backend/frontend systems, APIs, cloud, or distributed systems preferred).
  3. Proven track record of delivering complex software programs at scale.
  4. Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
  5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Ability to influence without authority and drive decision-making in cross-functional teams.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
