Process Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven supply chain professional with experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will proactively manage supply chain operations, focusing on process improvement, cost control, and compliance.

About You:

  • You have 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain or similar regulated industries
  • B Tech/ B. Pharma or MBA (Supply Chain Operations) degree is required
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma is preferred
  • Strong MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and reporting

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Excellence & Compliance:
  • Draft, review, and update SOPs aligned with cGMP and internal standards
  • Ensure operational procedures meet regulatory requirements
  1. Continuous Improvement (CI) & Project Management:
  • Execute CI projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize processes
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to address root causes and drive measurable improvements
  1. Data Analytics & Reporting:
  • Analyse and report on core supply chain KPIs, including lead time, OTIF, inventory turns, and supplier performance
  • Build dashboards and advanced analytical reports using Excel, Power BI, or other relevant tools
  1. Procurement & Supplier Management:
  • Support procurement of APIs, excipients, and packaging materials
  • Drive vendor evaluation and qualification
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with QA, QC, Production, and Planning teams
  • Support audits with accurate documentation
