Human Resources Internship Opportunity

This internship provides a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in HR activities within a dynamic environment. The role offers a range of responsibilities that cater to different skills and interests, ensuring an engaging and rewarding experience.

The successful candidate will be involved in employee onboarding, coordinating smooth transitions for new team members from documentation to induction and first-day experience. They will also plan and execute engaging activities and initiatives to boost employee morale and strengthen team culture.

As a reliable point of contact, the intern will serve as a trusted advisor for employees, building trust and maintaining regular touchpoints. They will also assist with HR administrative tasks, such as online database management, coordinating with central HR teams, and supporting payroll or compliance processes.

Key responsibilities include query resolution, addressing employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, leave, and other matters promptly and empathetically. Additionally, the intern will act as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a small group of employees, providing support on performance discussions, feedback sessions, pulse checks, and team dynamics.

Requirements:

  • A recent graduate or currently pursuing HR or related studies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly proactive, organized, and approachable.
  • Comfortable working in an office environment.
  • Eager to learn, unafraid to take ownership, and willing to get hands dirty.
